React Native Developer - iOS & Android Platform (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of complex React Native mobile applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA testers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Drive technical decisions and provide guidance on technology choices within the mobile development team.

- Optimize React Native applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.

- Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).

- Integrate with RESTful APIs and other backend services.

- Implement and manage local data persistence solutions.

- Ensure the implementation of robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire mobile application lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile development.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers on the team, fostering their technical growth.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices within the team.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and libraries to enhance our mobile development capabilities.

- Take ownership of the technical aspects of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.

- Deep understanding of React Native principles, architecture, and best practices.

- Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (preferably TypeScript).

- Strong proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

- Experience with RESTful API integration and data handling.

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience in building responsive and adaptive layouts.

- Experience with native module development (iOS and/or Android) is a significant plus.

- Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).

- Experience with build and deployment processes for iOS and Android (e.g., Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode).

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for React Native applications.

- Knowledge of mobile analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Sentry).

- Experience with GraphQL.

- Familiarity with other cross-platform mobile development frameworks.

- Contributions to open-source React Native projects.
