Full Stack Developer (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of end-to-end web applications, encompassing both client-side and server-side components.

- Front-End Expertise : Develop highly responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Hooks, Context API, React Router).

- Back-End Development : Design and implement robust server-side logic and APIs.

- Database Management : Work with database technologies (SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL; NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis) including schema design, query optimization, and data management.

- API Integration : Build and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front end and back-end services.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure adherence to coding standards, perform code reviews, and implement testing strategies (unit, integration).

- Performance Optimization : Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers in an agile environment to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely project delivery.

- Deployment & DevOps : Participate in deployment processes and potentially CI/CD pipeline management (e.g., Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 6 years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer, with significant expertise in React.js.

Front-End :

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, React Context API).

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

Back-End :

- Proven experience with a backend framework/language such as Node.js (with Express.js), etc. Solid understanding of designing and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

- Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

General :

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
