Lead Blockchain Developer (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and technical specifications for new blockchain platforms, protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps).

- Design, develop, and implement core blockchain components, smart contracts, and associated logic.

- Code and test robust, scalable, and secure back-end web applications that interact with blockchain networks.

- Work extensively with various cryptographic technologies and protocols to ensure the security and integrity of blockchain solutions and transactions.

- Manage and optimize processes related to cryptocurrency transactions, including wallets, payment gateways, and ledger interactions.

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of blockchain developers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

- Establish and enforce best practices in software development, coding standards, security, and smart contract auditing.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, other development teams, and QA to ensure seamless integration and successful product delivery.

- Tackle complex technical challenges inherent in blockchain development, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, driving continuous innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in a relevant software development field, with a substantial and demonstrated focus on blockchain technology.

- Proficiency in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency technologies, including understanding of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Hyperledger), consensus mechanisms, and token standards.

- Strong skills in Cryptography, including asymmetric/symmetric encryption, hashing, digital signatures, and secure key management.

- Extensive Back-End Web Development experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Rust) and building APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).

- Extensive Software Development experience with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.

- Proven experience leading a team and managing technical projects in an agile environment.

- Experience with smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and auditing is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) or Web3 concepts is a plus.
