Senior Engineer IQC

Key Responsibilities of this role:

1.Inspection of Mechanical Parts & Defect communication to be done with vendors

2.Preparation of FTPR Vendor wise and making worst supplier list.

3.Defect Analysis and Resolution with Vendors

4.Responsibility to improve vendor process by improving Cp and Cpk of critical processes

5.FPA for all new developments to overcome quality issues during manufacturing and field failures.

6.Good Knowledge of SAP

7.Responsible for providing on job training and skill up gradation for usage various types of gauges, checking fixtures & measuring instruments to workmen & suppliers.
