Job Description
Responsibilities:
As the Executive HR, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Kerala Sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel as part of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- MBA/MHRM or any HR-related degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Willingness to travel as and when required. (Males preferred)
