About the role :
- Department - Marketing
- Type of work - Full-Time (we are open for hiring freelancers as well)
- Location - Jhandewalan, New Delhi (Onsite)
- Working days - 6 days a week
- Reporting Manager - Mridul Agrawal
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Operations: Support daily operations and ensure smooth program delivery for Game Development cohorts.
- Hiring Support: Assist in the hiring process for roles such as mentors and code reviewers, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
- Partnership Coordination: Help facilitate partnerships with game industry companies to provide placement opportunities for students, working closely with the partnerships team.
- Program Innovation: Contribute ideas for new program offerings based on feedback, trends, and student needs.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that each interaction-like introductory emails, event coordination, and follow-ups-creates a professional and positive experience for students and mentors.
- Community Engagement: Help design community-building activities and support peer-to-peer learning within each cohort.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Engage with top game developers, helping to build a network and creating unique opportunities for learners.
- Student Experience: Work to deliver an exceptional experience that makes a lasting impact on students, setting this community apart.
- Ownership Mindset: Contribute to achieving growth metrics for the Game Development cohorts by taking initiative and supporting the team's objectives.
Who you are :
- Natural community-builder - understands the long game, and how to cultivate positive-sum value using peer learning and community engagement.
- Have experience in the games or education industry in any role where you understand the lifecycle of an educational program lifecycle
- Meticulously detail-oriented and organized - able to juggle many priorities while not dropping any balls.
- High output, execution, and hustle - an ability to own everything from operations to experience to education, and an eagerness to dive into the nitty-gritty details.
- Has great interpersonal skills, and charisma, and enjoys building new relationships.
- Has strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment

- 6 days a week - Each day matters when we all have limited time on this planet. So if you are mentally prepared to give your 7 days because you love what you will be doing (even though we don't expect team members to work on 7 days), then only apply
- Outcome over efforts matter - Your focus will be on doing what is right for the customer at all times irrespective of the fact that you might have to go against your manager. If maniacal customer focus is your intent, then you will never be penalized for your actions.
- Radical transparency - If you have a problem with anyone in the team, senior or junior, or even the founder, you are encouraged to directly address the issue head-on by being open about it in a one-on-one conversation with the person and trying to resolve it asap first before looping in others like your reporting/skip-level reporting manager.
- Work hours - 10 AM till work is done.
