Consultant - SAP FICO (5-7 yrs)

As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing complex business processes, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, with a particular focus on Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement, etc.

- Have experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including project planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes to identify requirements and propose appropriate SAP solutions.

- Document functional designs, test cases, and test results.

- Design, customize, and configure SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs.

- Identify and resolve gaps, issues, and workarounds.

- Analyze and solve business operational issues related to SAP FICO.

- Proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes and systems.

- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, particularly Controlling.

- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.

- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and propose solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SAP ERP systems and related technologies
