Agriculture house Manager

Role & responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years working with a vegetarian family, specifically in organic farming and agriculture.
• Candidate Profile: Male, non-addicted, and strictly vegetarian.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel out of station for 1 to 2 months as needed.
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Leaves: 2 days per month (Rotational)

Responsibilities:

1. Organic Farming: Manage and oversee all aspects of organic farming practices including planting, nurturing, and harvesting crops.
2. Agriculture Management: Ensure the proper maintenance of farming equipment, soil health, and crop yield.
3. Residency: The position requires residing in Daryaganj or being open to relocation. Accommodation will be provided if residing in Daryaganj.
4. Travel: Be prepared to travel for extended periods for various farming and agricultural needs.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in organic farming and agriculture.
• Proven track record of working in a vegetarian household.
• Strong commitment to a vegetarian lifestyle.
• Ability to handle and adapt to travel requirements.

Additional Information:

• Accommodation: Provided for candidates residing in or relocating to Daryaganj.
• Shift Timing: 12-hour day shift with flexibility in rotational leave.
