Job Description
Key Responsibility Area:
Responding to customer queries via call, chat, and Email. Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met, not limited to, AHT, NPS, Time on System, Quality scores
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.
- Graduate.
- Fresher can apply.
- The age limit is not more than 35 years.
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.
- Basic knowledge of using computers.
