Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.
Requirements:
Education: Any bachelor's degree.
Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to engage customers.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
