Manager - Corporate Sales

Overview :

- As an Corporate Sales Representative (ASM/ KAM), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients such as corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.

- Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our range of electronics and home appliances to these entities, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential institutional clients and key decision makers within these organizations.

- Develop and execute strategies to establish contact and build relationships with prospects.

- Understand the unique needs and requirements of institutional clients and tailor product offerings accordingly.

- Present product demonstrations for clients as needed.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and align with company policies.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, sales funnel, stock forecasts, and updates to the management.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
