Roles & Responsibilities:

IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles Identifying, Engaging, and Closing Deals with Potential and Existing Customers, while building and maintaining strong relationships to achieve Sales Targets.
Busineess development, sales, field sales, light engineering indistry, mechanical spares and components, airgun sales, B2B sales, distributors and dealer management, channel sales, spares and components, accessories of airguns
Achieving sales target, B2B skills, communication, open to travel, handling of startup sales , negotiation skills, closing sales, pleasant disposition,Fluent with MS Excel, Service orientation, good communicaion and liaision abilities, project execution skills, multiasking and time management, Vendors and Suppliers handling, Interpersonal skills Must be available to work in a team Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry

Qualification:
Any graduate, Freshers or Experience can apply, only males

US Shifts : 6:30pm - 4am (ist), Completely work from office.

Excellent communication skills required. Immediate joining. No cabs Facility for Male, One way cab for Females.
