Regional Head - Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Understands the prospective consumer group.
- Develops long term Regional Sales & Marketing strategy that results in business growth commensurate with corporate objectives.
- Plan, implement, update/monitor & review organizational performance parameters established to measure the effectiveness of design & deployment of Sales & Marketing strategy in the long, medium & short run For example ARPOB, COCA usage.
- Builds and strengthens Paras Group Brand Portfolio strategy, covering all viable segments while ensuring distinctiveness in offerings.
- Analyses business environment, spot growth opportunities, and find effective solutions to exploit them
- External stake holder management (medical professionals, TPAs, Corporates, PSUs etc.) & developing channels for business.
- Develop & Maintain association with medical fraternity & related institutes i. MCI, DMA, Hospitals & Nursing homes
- Provides leadership and direction to the regional marketing resources, both human, intellectual and financial.
- Supports the Regional Director in overall strategy development
