Position Overview:
- We're seeking a Manager - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances who thrives on building meaningful business relationships and driving growth through strategic collaborations.
- This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, operational execution, and the ability to unlock mutual value in every partnership.
Key Responsibilities.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new partnership opportunities aligned with our business goals.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals with brands, agencies, and affiliates.
- Drive revenue and performance targets through collaborative planning and execution.
- Explore bank and loyalty partnerships to enable unique campaign opportunities.
- Partner Relationship Management.
- Onboard and manage affiliate partners, media agencies, and direct clients.
- Maintain strong partner relationships, conduct regular reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Communicate new product features, tools, and campaign updates to partners.
- Operational & Performance Tracking.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, accounting) to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely payouts.
- Ensure all partnerships are aligned with legal, financial, and strategic compliance.
- Market & Ecosystem Engagement.
- Work with Indian and international affiliate networks to source campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, collaborative, and excited to build things from the ground up.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and affiliate ecosystems is a strong plus.
