Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide technical support and application guidance for tablet press and packaging machines to pharmaceutical customers, ensuring efficient and effective usage of equipment.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of service engineers and application specialists, providing training and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to tablet press and packaging machines, working closely with the engineering team to implement solutions.
• Field Visits: Conduct site visits to customer locations for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, application guidelines, and customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Product Improvement: Collaborate with the R&D department to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer input and field experiences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a service or applications role within the manufacturing industry, specifically with tablet press and packaging machines.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of tablet press and packaging machine operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
