• Actively identify and target potential corporate clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Govt. and corporate accounts including clinical leaders.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of diagnostic services and products to meet corporate needs
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements with corporate clients to secure profitable deals.
• Manage existing corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional diagnostic services.
• Track sales performance, generate detailed reports, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies and support customer needs.
• Leading and coordinating a group of salespeople towards achieving common sales goals, which involves setting clear expectations, providing training, monitoring performance, fostering collaboration, and motivating individuals to maximize sales results within a team structure.
