Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI-driven testing strategies to optimize software quality assurance processes and lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated AI-powered testing frameworks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Utilize machine learning techniques for intelligent test automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in software testing.
- Collaborate closely with testers, software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to integrate AI-enhanced quality assurance best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain benchmarks for evaluating the effectiveness of AI-driven testing solutions.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in AI testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Keep up with emerging trends and advancements in AI for software testing, contributing to industry discussions and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on AI-driven automation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and AI lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools and frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages used in AI-driven testing automation.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks enhanced with AI capabilities.
- Experience in using AI techniques to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.
- Proven leadership experience managing test teams and driving AI-driven transformation in software testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software testing challenges.
