Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resource team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Full employee life cycle, and cross-department collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to learn and contribute to the growth of our employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Collect feedback, conduct follow-up communications, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.
3. Assist in compiling and managing employee relations documentation.
4. Contribute to employee engagement activities and collect data to enhance the entire employee life cycle.
5. Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations
