Senior Application Engineer (Front End Developer)

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Application Engineer to join our Pega Customer Service team. Heres a snapshot of the role:

Role Overview: As a Senior Application Engineer within our Product R&D organization, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge CRM applications, driving both growth and customer success. You will work collaboratively in Agile SCRUM teams and help design, develop, and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance CRM applications using Pega, Java, REST, React, and various databases.
• Adhere to Pega development best practices and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Take ownership of assigned components/tasks and resolve technical issues.
• Exhibit thought leadership and suggested improvements in product and processes.
• Partner with internal teams, including Product Managers, to deliver top-tier software.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in software development with Core Java and UI technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and work with Pega platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Core Java.
• Proficient in UI Technologies/React JS/ Python.
• Exposure on Generative AI Technologies, Python, Langchain, LLMs Models would be preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SQL queries.
• Exposure to low-code development is a plus.
• A keen interest in CRM and emerging technologies.
