Job Description:

A leading global manufacturing company into the business of Construction Chemicals, Contruction Materials and Packaging Solutions, is looking for a Regional MD. This role will be based in Bangalore/Hyderabad.

We are looking for candidates from any manufacturing organizations which has operations globally.

The role will drive the following :

Responsibilities:

- Strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability

- Lead the initiatives with other functional leaders to drive the operations, sales, production, and administrative management teams

- Develop operating budgets and capital expenditure recommendations for the Chairman and Board of Directors.

- Responsible for executing an optimal purchasing strategy. Make the final decision on all inventory strategies.

- Ensure that finish goods pricing is optimal to ensure maximum profitability levels for the plant.

- Responsible for reviewing costing accuracy.

- Work with CFO to devise financial strategy and efficiencies in operations

- Develop and/or approves specific operating policies and procedures as required.

- Ensure the operation complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and all Company policies and procedures.

- Prepare various reports for the Chairman and Board of Directors as required.

- Perform other duties as required by Global Leaders to drive India strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

- Candidates who have worked in Turnaround Strategies in Consulting companies for their Global Manufacturing clients would be an ideal fit.

- Candidates with a global experience who are currently based outside India and interested to relocate to India, would also be considered.

- This role will involve multi country operations management.
