Job Description:
A leading Manufacturing is looking for a Manager Employer Branding and External Communications. We are looking for candidates with 9-15 years experience in Employer Branding.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
- Led internal and external communications for the group
- Elevate social media presence focusing on brand journey, employee testimonials and captivating work culture videos to amplify employee advocacy
- Implement PR campaigns across various channels
- Designing communication for GPTW
- Direct content curation to transform the brand image, positioning
- Design all marketing materials, including brochures, videos, email templates, and the website, highlighting key value propositions and capabilities
- Conceptualize industry outreach initiatives aimed at establishing brand recall and trust among key target audiences
- Curate and participate in events designed to attract top-tier talent
- Craft tailored campaigns to foster brand loyalty and employee advocacy, instituting dynamic brand ambassador initiatives
- Increase employee referral programs as a prime source for attracting top-tier talent
- Managed and owned all social media accounts
- Liason with the Talent Acquisition team to build candidate pipelines through a mix of channels (social media, events, partnerships), tailoring the approach to attract talent across a range of roles and seniority levels.
