About:
- Develop and execute the firm-wide L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and investment capabilities.
- Build frameworks for leadership development, succession readiness, and high-potential talent acceleration.
- Partner with investment and business teams to identify skill gaps and build bespoke learning journeys (e.g., financial modeling, sectoral knowledge, ESG frameworks).
- Curate external learning partners (IIMs, CFA Institute, etc.) and digital platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.).
- Lead initiatives for developing next-gen leaders including executive coaching, action learning projects, and cross-functional mentoring.
- Facilitate workshops for senior leaders on strategic thinking, decision-making, stakeholder communication, and people management.
- Manage the L&D budget, technology platforms (LMS), vendor relationships, and compliance trainings (e.g., SEBI, AML, Regulatory frameworks).
- Track learning effectiveness using KPIs like post-training impact, knowledge transfer, and application in real-time.
- Drive firm-wide culture-building programs around ethics, inclusion, innovation, and performance orientation.
- Embed L&D in the performance management and talent review cycles.
