Full Stack Developer - Java (4-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- The candidate would be responsible for providing a stable technical solution that is robust and scalable as per business needs.

- Provide hands-on code development and testing based on the project delivery needs.

- Ensure that system architecture and integration design standards are in alignment with broader platform strategies and business goals.

- Work closely with the Squad/Team and other IT partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth delivery of projects in the Agile Model.

- Should have experience in design, development, and code reviews.

- Willingness and ability to learn new Platforms/solutions having Java as a core basis.

Requirements :

- Excellent knowledge of J2EE frameworks and Tools, and good learning ability.

- Develop and deliver training programs on Java full stack development concepts, tools, and technologies.

- Create course content, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.

- Evaluate the progress of participants and provide feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java full stack development.

- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to improve training programs.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Java programming language.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

- Knowledge of back-end technologies like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
