Senior M365 & Azure AD Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M365 & Azure AD Administrator with in-depth expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and identity services including ADFS and Kerberos. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the administration, configuration, security, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) including identity synchronization (AAD Connect), conditional access, and security policies.
• Maintain and optimize Windows Server environments, including Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Manage ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) for SSO and secure access to applications.
• Implement and support Kerberos authentication and resolve identity federation issues.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning across all environments.
• Ensure security compliance and enforce access controls across M365 and Azure platforms.
• Automate administration tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor system health, generate reports, and proactively resolve incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams for system hardening and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with M365 and Azure AD administration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Proven experience with ADFS, Kerberos, and identity federation.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with M365 security, compliance, and licensing models.
• Experience with hybrid identity setups using AAD Connect.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
