Role: Senior Engineer - Infrastructure (Senior Engineer - Infrastructure Information, Communication & Technology (IT Infrastructure)_E-1)

Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Management & Governance.

Architect, implement, and manage modern Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Azure AD.

Lead adoption and continuous improvement of M365 services, enabling digital workplace transformation.

Enforce governance using Microsoft Purviewmanaging data lifecycle, compliance, DLP, retention, and sensitivity labels.

Administer hybrid identity solutions with Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA under a Zero Trust framework.

Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Engineering

Integrate M365 with on-prem AD and systems, ensuring secure, seamless hybrid experiences.

Manage hybrid workloads: Exchange/SharePoint Hybrid, Azure AD Hybrid Join, and Intune co-management.

Optimize cloud/hybrid infrastructure performance, availability, and cost using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.

Resolve hybrid environment issues and ensure alignment with IT strategy and business continuity.

Server Infrastructure & Virtualization

Maintain enterprise-grade server infrastructure (rack/tower/blade), including SAN/NAS storage systems.

Manage VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments with cloud integration, DR planning, and HA deployment.

Oversee OS patching (Windows/Linux), firmware updates, resource optimization, and lifecycle planning aligned with sustainability goals.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office 365), Sentinel, and related tools to secure identities and collaboration platforms.

Conduct regular security assessments, pen testing, and compliance audits across cloud and on-prem environments.

Support ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST compliance through automation, proactive monitoring, and policy enforcement.

Operations, Automation & Advanced Support

Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and infrastructure issues.

Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and Power Platform.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient service delivery, incident resolution, and platform optimization.

Documentation, Enablement & Knowledge Management

Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and change records following ITIL standards.

Deliver targeted training for IT teams and end-users to enhance adoption, security, and productivity.

Build and manage a self-service knowledge base to drive user empowerment and enforce governance models.
