About the Role:

As a Management Trainee, you will gain broad exposure across key financial functions and develop a strong foundation for a long-term career. This role involves engaging in tasks such as financial statement analysis, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for business support and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Participate in statutory audits and compliance reviews
• Work on direct and indirect taxation matters, including return filings and assessments
• Collaborate with teams for business support and financial planning
• Support implementation of financial systems and process improvements
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and business presentations for management reviews

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) [Qualified in May/Nov 2024 or recent attempt]
• Proficient in Accounting Standards, Taxation, Financial Reporting
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI (ERP knowledge like SAP, Oracle is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High standards of integrity, discipline, and professionalism
