Manager/Senior Manager - Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and generate reports to aid business decision-making.

- Compile and present financial data for management and board presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasts.

- Monitor compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and resolve key financial and operational efficiency issues.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong business analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Prior experience in the healthcare or supply chain industry is preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Proven experience in preparing financial statements under Ind AS.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels
