Position Purpose:

End to End deal engagement from pitching to transaction closure. Front-end exposure in managing he client to support the transaction leader in execution of M&A / Private Equity transactions.

Roles and responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1. Bringing in new opportunities and mandates that drive the overall growth and success. Maintain strong relationships with client personnel and investing community at appropriate levels

2. Lead transaction execution with quality client deliverables by having strong attention to detail and deal closing ability. Maintain strong motivation that drive results and maintain performance standards

3. Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline by closing deals consistently- Strong networking capabilities and existing relationships within the banking, financial institutions, venture capital, UHNW's and private equity ecosystem in India

4. Prepare MIS / Deal Tracker sheet/ Management update

5. Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF, SOTP, and other relevant valuation techniques

6. Ability to handhold mid-market Indian corporates to collate data and information and prepare transaction collaterals

7. Origination support to RM team to onboard new clients for the Bank
