Hr Analytics Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the leadership team, perform a wide range of specialized Human Resources functions related to recruitment, selections, employment processing, and onboarding.
• Utilize strong analytical and leadership skills to coordinate, facilitate, and implement processes relating to credentialing, recruitment, classification, employee records, and required human resources reporting.
• In collaboration with leadership, collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Human Resources information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
• Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Identify and recommends reasonable short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of departmental records and employee documentation.
• Ensure system data integrity and accuracy conduct regularly scheduled reviews and audits of information input/reports to validate and/or reconcile data.
• Prepares salary analysis including benchmarks for employee performance, prepares adhoc reports on turnover, retention, exit interviews, hiring practices, surveys, benefits, salary related data, and all areas of Human Resource.

SPECIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Keen attention to details, ability to quickly learn the HRIS and payroll software, and strong data entry skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and group presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications i.e., Excel, Word, and Power Point. • Possess strong ability in exercising good independent judgment, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently. • Strong knowledge of compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of and experience using technology and automation solutions governing human resources.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
