Position Overview:
- The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategies to drive sales and optimize product listings on key online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in ecommerce management, a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics and KPIs, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Product Listings:
- Create and optimize product listings to ensure they are engaging, accurate, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics And Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools and reports to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in managing ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, preferably Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including listing optimization, advertising, and analytics.
- Proficiency in ecommerce management tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional marketplaces or ecommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
