Senior Manager/AVP - Research - Sector Intelligence (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- As AVP/Senior manager - Sector Intelligence, you will drive identification of and research on emergent sectors and technologies.

- As the owner of the entire research process, you will lead project sourcing, ideation, data gathering, analysis and publishing and dissemination of insights and stakeholder engagement.

- Identify emergent and high potential research projects and lead design and conducting of research studies.

- Build and maintain a repository of insights on sectors in focus.

- Lead publication of research in impactful forms, including but not limited to reports, policy briefs, frameworks, videos, podcasts and white papers.

- Supervise all stages of publication, including ideating on design and outreach and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and quality

- Undertake raising funds and sponsorships to build financial sustainability

- Build and lead a team and contribute to the strategic direction of the function and the organisation

- Ensure timely and accurate business reporting

Qualification/Experience Required:

- Postgraduate in management, business, or technology with strong academic record

- Over 5 years' experience in research/consulting with at least 2 years in a team lead role
