Role & responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW: This role includes developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
1.To look after manpower planning, Recruitment Selection, Human Resources Development, Wages & Salary Administration, Discipline, Compliance with Labor Laws & Regulations, Performance Appraisal, Formulation of Rules & Procedures, Career Progression, Medical, Employee Welfare.
2.To play an active role in the change process by offering HR Interventions to help ensure a successful integration.
3.To conduct various employees engagement initiative/interventions leading to neighed workforce and better retention.
4.To maintain harmonious relationship with union representatives.
5.Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
6.Coordinate administration of compensation, benefit plans and leave.
7.Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
8.Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
9.Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged.
10.Develop and implement new human resource policies.
11.Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics.
12.Responsible for learning and development
