Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong capabilities in business process design and improvement. As a Business Process Designer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying inefficiencies in existing business workflows, proposing improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing technical leadership and strategic input.
- Analyze, develop, and enhance business workflows to improve process efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Lead and manage teams to ensure high performance and alignment with project goals.
- Take ownership of team decisions and coordinate across multiple departments and functions.
- Engage with multiple internal teams and contribute to high-impact business and technology decisions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative, technology-driven solutions to optimize business operations.
- Design frameworks for continuous monitoring, feedback collection, and iterative refinement of processes over time.
- Ensure the effective implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, and integrations.
- Support the development and implementation of workflows, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 7.5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, including customizations, workflows, integrations, and plugin development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in integrating CRM with Azure services.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing workflows and business process automation.
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools such as BPMN or Visio.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM and/or Azure.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
