Financial Analyst

Job Description -

The role will entail assisting the team in undertaking deep financial and operational analysis, building financial models, making presentations and undertaking valuations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Modeling
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to inform management on financial performance and projections.
2. Industry Benchmarking
• Conduct industry research to identify benchmarks and best practices relevant to Polymedicures operations.
• Assist in comparing financial performance metrics against industry peers to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
3. Data Analysis
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
4. Support Strategic Projects
• Assist in the preparation of materials for strategic planning sessions and presentations for senior management.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Skills Required:

• MBA / CA with experience in financial analysis, valuations and financial modelling
• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and tools (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
