Urgently Required Electrical Site Engineer / Supervisor / Site In-Charge

Mumbai (High-Rise Residential Projects)

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Electrical Site Engineers / Supervisors / Site In-Charges to manage complete on-site electrical installation works for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong execution skills, hands-on knowledge of concealed wiring, and experience in coordinating with clients and internal project teams to ensure timely and quality execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:

External Responsibilities:

• Attend key site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor stock and materials at site, including proper handling and safety of materials.
• Ensure all labour safety norms and site safety guidelines are strictly followed.
• Conduct regular quality checks of electrical work and workmanship.
• Build and maintain positive relations with clients and project stakeholders.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Review site progress reports and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Verify and maintain records of extra work/items.
• Ensure timely delivery and verification of ordered materials.
• Prepare RA Bills in line with measurements and BOQ.
• Coordinate with project coordinators to achieve billing and payment targets.
• Review and monitor bar-charts and work schedules for timely execution.
• Prepare and process labor bills and manage timely payments.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site daily.
• Support project coordinators in labor contractor appointments and workforce deployment.
• Ensure continuous availability of work fronts for labor contractors.
• Take part in the interviewing, appointing, and managing of wiremen, storekeepers, and labor contractors.
• Minimize attrition and ensure team motivation and performance.
• Train and develop subordinates for skill enhancement and site productivity.

Project Co-ordinator

Key Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of electrical engineering and installation practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in residential, commercial, mall, and hotel electrical projects
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site issues effectively

Experience:

5 to 15 years in electrical project execution and site supervisionRole & responsibilities
