Deputy Manager, Social Development (Gender, Education)

The member will give thematic inputs for Programs and facilitate implementation through field offices and partners; the position will also involve interfacing with different stakeholders.

Candidates should be energetic, have a relevant post-graduate degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the development sector. Candidates must possess a reasonable command on integrated rural development projects, and a good command over English language.

Selected candidate will be based in Gurugram Office with travel to different field locations.

The job involves:

a. Project Management: Help in the management of projects in the social development domain including health, education, gender and livelihoods. Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.

b. Technical inputs: Provide technical inputs for the project as part of the SD team.

c. Documentation and interface: Develop content for dissemination, and for all reports and communication with stakeholders.

Candidates staying in Gurgaon or are ready to relocate to Gurgaon would be given preference.
