Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-scale digital strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and team management. This role requires someone who can take ownership of digital initiatives and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies.

- Oversee SEO (on-page/off-page), PPC, SEM, and paid SMM campaigns.

- Optimize and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Ads & Bing.

- Analyze campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics.

- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending aligns with projections.

- Plan, create, and optimize landing pages and marketing content.

- Drive email & SMS marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.

- Collaborate with tech/web teams for SEO implementation, API integrations, and backend coordination.

- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

- Stay updated with latest marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.

- Strong experience in paid SMM tools and campaign management.

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.

- Working knowledge of email/SMS platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

- Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.

- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo) is a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into action.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in handling website servers, PHP integrations, and web optimization tools.

- Background in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns.
