Assistant Manager - Sourcing (3-7 yrs)

Are you a dynamic sourcing professional with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making? We're looking for an Assistant Manager Sourcing to join our fast-growing team and drive impactful sourcing strategies that align with our business goals.

What Youll Do:

- Implement and scale strategic sourcing initiatives across categories.

- Ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Success, etc.)

- Improve supplier performance and continuously drive upward growth in Supplier NPS.

- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle from onboarding and cataloging to compliance and reconciliation.

- Drive tech adoption across supplier base for better efficiency and visibility.

- Conduct data analysis to monitor sourcing KPIs and lead corrective actions.

- Standardize sourcing processes, pricing, and product specs pan India.

Key Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement (preferably in MRO industry).

- Solid grasp of strategic sourcing tactics.

- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

- High ownership mindset and ability to build from scratch.

- Proficient in driving cross-functional collaboration.

- Graduate (preferably B.Tech); MBA is a plus.

- Startup exposure is an added advantage.
