Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations related to human resources.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of performance management systems (PMS), sales recruitment techniques, time office management principles.
