Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience and a preferred degree from a reputable design school or a master's degree in design. This role requires expertise in UX/UI principles, proficiency in graphic design tools, and a strong portfolio showcasing detailed case studies

Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions for digital products and platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
Utilize graphic design skills to create visually compelling interfaces, icons, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
Prototype and iterate on designs using tools such as Figma with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable design school or master's degree in design.
Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on user research and usability.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual assets.
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Highly collaborative with the ability to thrive in an agile, iterative environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
Detailed case studies portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX/UI projects and user experiences.
High knowledge of maintaining figma design systems, advanced prototyping and figma components.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
Familiarity with motion design principles and animation tools.
Experience with responsive design, mobile app development, and web accessibility standards.
