Title: HR Business Partner - Performance Management System (PMS)

Location: New Delhi, India

Work From Office (WFO).

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategies with technology goals, focusing on employee engagement, performance, and developing a high-performance culture to meet the evolving needs of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative, tech-driven work environment.
  
• Performance Management: Guide managers on performance reviews, skill development, and feedback for IT teams.
  
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs for technology skills, certifications, and leadership development in IT roles.
  
• Compensation & Benefits: Work with leadership to develop competitive salary packages and benefits for tech talent.
  
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and a positive company culture in the tech space.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Post Graduation degree in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certifications preferred.
  
• Experience: 6+ years in HR, with at least 4 years in an HRBP role within the IT & Services sector, Prefer IT Infrastructure.
  
• Skills: Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics. Familiarity with tech industry trends and the ability to understand the unique needs of IT professionals.
