Job Description
- Lead Managed Services sales activities in alignment with organizational objectives and the annual business plan for the given geography.
- Meet top-line and GM targets for the region.
- Account mining and lead generation by effective prospecting and client engagements.
- Manage customer relationships for the specified market, aligning with product OEMs to understand their roadmap and requirements and collaborate in solution-building activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (extended sales team, presales team and Practice team) to deliver the desired outcomes.
- Responsible for farming (upselling cross-selling in existing accounts) and hunting (new customer acquisition)
- MBA in Sales / Marketing. Having a B.Tech degree will be an added advantage.
- Total 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in IT Services with a focus on managed services.
- Deep insights into IT Infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, SLA based services and NOC-based services.
- Strong communication skills and client management skills.
- Should be confident, self-driven and go-getter. Should have the capability to engage with the C level / Senior IT leadership of the clients.
- Proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of services deals, from lead generation to deal closure.
