Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated mid-level Business Development Executive for our Noida office. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT solutions sales(Websites & SEO). As a key contributor to our sales team, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to build strong customer relationships, drive business growth, and actively contribute to our mission.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales skills - Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets within a competitive IT market (Mandatory).
- Exceptional communication skills Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients (Mandatory).
- Problem-solving skills Strong aptitude for understanding client needs and recommending effective IT solutions (Mandatory).
- Comprehensive IT knowledge Familiarity with industry trends and technologies to offer informed insights.
- Customer relationship management Proficiency in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Negotiation skills Expertise in structuring deals that benefit clients while aligning with company goals.
- Technical acumen Ability to understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable IT solutions.
- Market research Skilled in identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of market changes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote ProManage IT Solutions' services to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, etc.) through proactive cold calling and targeted email outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional support and reliable follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling IT services.
- Provide outstanding support to clients during the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration with our services.
- Identify client requirements and present tailored IT solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to position our services accurately and competitively in the marketplace.
- Negotiate contract terms to secure new sales and establish long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality.
- Report on sales progress, client interactions, and industry trends to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Solid understanding of IT products(Website & SEO), industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
