Roles and Responsibilities:

PHP & Laravel Development

- Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications using the Laravel framework.

- Backend Operations: Write clean, scalable, and efficient PHP code, leveraging Laravel's MVC structure for organized and maintainable applications.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.

WordPress Development & Custom Plugin Development

- Custom Plugin Development:

- Develop custom plugins for WordPress CMS to extend its capabilities, providing unique functionalities as per client requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugin development, offering ongoing technical support when needed.

- WooCommerce Customization & Integration:

- Develop and customize WooCommerce functionalities, integrating the platform with other systems and optimizing it for client-specific needs.

- Work on advanced WooCommerce features, including custom pricing, product add-ons, and dynamic product displays.

- Frontend Development:

- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and interactive frontend components for WordPress websites and Laravel applications.

- Implement animations and interactivity to enhance user engagement.

SEO & Performance Optimization

- SEO Best Practices:

- Integrate SEO best practices into WordPress and Laravel projects, including on-page SEO, schema markup, and SEO-friendly URL structures.

- Utilize SEO tools and plugins to ensure sites are optimized for improved search engine visibility and ranking.

- Performance Optimization:

- Optimize applications and websites for speed and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and fast load times.

Client Interaction & Communication

- Client Meetings: Participate in calls with clients to gather project requirements, clarify objectives, and provide guidance on technical feasibility.

- Project Updates: Communicate project status, timelines, and potential challenges with clients and team members, ensuring alignment at every stage.

- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any technical issues post-launch, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:

- 3 years of experience in PHP development with expertise in the Laravel framework.

- Proven experience with WooCommerce, including its integration with other systems.

- 1 year developing custom plugins for WordPress CMS, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong command of PHP, with an understanding of Laravel's MVC structure.

- Advanced knowledge of WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.

- Proficiency in WooCommerce customization and integration.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies and SEO best practices.

- Soft Skills:
