As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by managing schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Project Management

4. Communication Management
- Facilitate effective communication through regular meetings, updates, and reporting to keep all team members informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with team leads to address concerns and promote a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
5. Quality Control and Performance Optimization
- Continuously monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely achievement of objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-4 years in the IT services and consulting industry in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Project Coordination Expertise: Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, review, and documentation principles.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively to maintain project momentum.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster team collaboration and maintain clear client communication.
