ROLE: HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Surat This Role Is Responsible For Entire Production Operations For The Company.
He/She Will Directly Report To Founding Partners Based In Delhi & Bangalore.
He/She Will Build And Manage 15-20 Member Operations Team In Surat.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan all production orders with team by creating & managing T&As.
- Oversee production or orders and resolve issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage relationships with Masters and technicians at mills & processors.
- Coordinate with factories and brands for production updates.
- Maintain and monitor trackers & records for production tasks
SKILLS
- Thorough understanding of fabric quality testing parameters.
- Very fluent with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and web-based apps.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Should have managed at least 4-5 people teams.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Min 10-12 years in Export Factories or Mills.
- Must have managed 5-8 member teams.
