Job Title: Team Lead/ Lead HR associate - Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our team in identifying,
attracting, and hiring top talent in real estate sales. Looking for experienced personnel with more than 1 year of experience as Team Lead in handling End to End Recruitment in Real Estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing
real estate sales agents
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals,
etc.)
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing exceptional customer
service
- Collaborate with sales management to understand recruitment needs and
preferences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience only in Real Estate Firm

- Proven track record of successful recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry and sales processes (desirable)
