Role & responsibilities
- To ensure OTD Machine shop CNC Cutting & Bending Machine
- To continuously Improve CNC cutting yield with effective nesting program
- To reduce Machine Hour cost CNC cutting machine
- To ensure Machine wise autonomous maintenance
- To improve Machine up time (CNC Cutting & Bending)
- To ensure on time production order closing
- To ensure Shop floor 5S
- To drive Daily Work Management in the production floor
- To reduce Nesting program time and developing nesting standardization
- To ensure Operator morale & Training
- To establish closed loop system from MRP to Nesting to Order Release to Cutting to stock updating
- To define and deploy suitable system for identification and traceability of Cut parts
Preferred candidate profile
Sigma Nest / Metallic Nesting
Delem CNC Bending machine
Drawing study / Man & machine management
Good in Presentation and communication
TPM, TQM & 5S Knowledge
SAP or Equivalent MRP Knowledge
