Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js (4-10 yrs)

Position : Full Stack Developer (React.js/Node.js)

Location : Remote Working

Engagement : Contract basis for 3 months

Position Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at Pro PMO, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge applications by combining the art of design with the art of programming. You will work closely with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our web applications, focusing on high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly experiences using React.js and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Design and develop user-facing features using React.js.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Backend Development :

- Develop and maintain scalable server-side logic using Node.js.

- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Database and API Integration :

- Implement security and data protection.

- Integrate data storage solutions, which may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.

- Develop and maintain APIs to support web or mobile applications.

Collaboration and Project Management :

- Work with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand the requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

- Assist in the estimation of project timelines and contribute to the agile development process.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of projects.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and specifically React.js.

- Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js and frameworks available for it (e.g., Express, StrongLoop, etc.).

- Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating third-party services.

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).

- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

- Understanding of database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), and their integration into web applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.

- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Knowledge of modern development practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing.

- Experience with ProSki or similar technologies for capability measurement and professional tracking is a plus.
