Job Description Summary :

The successful candidate will be responsible for Order fulfillment and Supply chain areas of Clients globally deployed, 24 - 7,D365 for Finance and Operations and MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP applications.

The person will be responsible for capturing requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, implementing solutions with 2nd and 3rd line support, whilst also assisting with the planning and rollout of the global template across other Client entities.

Job Requirements :

- Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Supply chain areas of D365 F&O and AX2012.

- Basic/ High level understanding of Production, Master Planning & Finance modules.

- Organize and Conduct Workshops, Business Process Study, Requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Create solutions using D365 F&O / AX add-ins such as Office Add-ins and applications such as PowerApps, Power BI and Azure

- Work with development team to translate functional inputs, test and setup solutions on SIT and Production environments

- Work closely with Solution Architect to conceive high level solution and document them into relevant deliverable documents like Solution Design Document, Functional Specifications etc.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions with support experience.

- A demonstrated logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems

- Candidate must be willing to work varied hours, supporting Australian and United States business hours with on-call support

Qualifications :

- MBA/M. Com/BA/B. Com/CA /B.E/B.Tech or any other equivalent graduation education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.

- Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 /AX 2012 and its architecture

- An industry experience, specialization is plus

Experience :

- Have minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in Order to Cash Cycle and Supply Chain processes.

- A knowledge of best practices in Order fulfillment, Supply chain area of specialization/vertical.

- Understanding in Production & Finance related process is good to have.

- Working experience in highly dynamic, multi region, multi production facility organization will be plus

- Good team player with good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills coupled with ability to

- Hands-on knowledge working in Agile methodology, Life Cycle Services, DIXF and Security roles

- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
